Not bad, it really had some good walk cycles in it, and the artstyle really made me smile, because you made the old man's body look pretty natural. But, uh... Some parts with the voice didn't quite sync to the lips, if you catch my drift. And it got me confused: Why is there a man with a hoodie walking through the desert? But, whatever. It's pretty good.

It's creepy at best, and I don't officially think that this is actually rated E for everyone, but more rated T for teen, or even M for mature (Maybe? I don't know). Fire and a creepy baby laugh, along with what seems to be a communist or dictatorship-themed building is something that I don't call E for everyone. Do change that part.

Avonom responds:

Thanks for your comment! I do agree it could be higher classification like teenage... but there is nothing that stands out enough to make it another classification. Cheers

I find this animation very educational and cleverly sculpted, for a stop-motion animation. Never mind those who call you socialist or communist, because equality isn't supposed to be based around those forms of government. From what history has thought us, communism is based around a one-party totalitarian state that do give equality to people based on paygrades, but people brush off the first part, which is that communists want to be in charge of people with a one-party state.

But, like I said, this is an incredibly educational video that should be appropriate to schools and such. Maybe I can send this to my former economics teacher, and she can think about it as well.

adamanimates responds:

I would be happy to hear what your economics teacher thinks!

There are a lot of misconceptions about both socialism and communism in the US. Socialism is simply worker's control of the means of production. There are lots of worker owned businesses without bosses in the States, and they tend to do just fine. Some democratically choose to divide wages equally, and some choose to make wages depend on other things, like how long you've worked there, or your particular skillset.

As for Communism, there are some that do want a top-down central planning approach (which sure had some problems in the USSR... it's pretty much impossible for a central authority to know what everyone needs at any given time) and there are also Anarchist-Communists who would rather democratic control of markets, with bottom-up decision making instead of central control.

My hair is telling you all to actually rate this animation 5, because it's just hair hair hair!!

I'm a pretty big slammer for things that are sewn, patched up with cloth, etc. This one brought my eyes full of beauty. However, the animation part can be just a little better, from my perspective. Once every while, the character seemed as if it was stuck on one frame. Give it maybe a bit more animation to the whole body. It's a bit more of a challenge to fix it up correctly, but I know you can do it!

edlink98 responds:

You're right, thanks for your opinion and help.
I did this animation in a hurry.

It's a very interesting story, and the designs you made are also fantastic. But, I'm slightly blown off track by the voice. Just a bit. I don't really know how to improve in the voice, because I'm more of that "I know how to draw a guy extremely well!!" kind of guy. Maybe add a bit of ASMR to it? It keeps the popping in your mouth away, or that's what I heard. But, yeah. That's all that needs to be improved, add a bit more spiff to your tone. Other then that, you did beautifully.

Relachi responds:

I think I kinda get what you're saying, I will try something out. The next video will be uploaded in 2 weeks on my youtube channel, I would be happy if you could give me another feedback then :)

It's just like one of those old cartoons like Tom and Jerry. It's very nice and simplistic, very comedic that's family friendly (which you rarely see nowadays, because this generation laughs mostly to adult jokes that aren't really meant for kids), what more can one ask from something this good?

We can all probably agree that the animation goes very smoothly, which is just what everyone wants here! But, the voices are kind of too loud and brash. The art could also use a bit more texture. But, otherwise, you did it pretty nicely.

It's nice, simple, and very classic comedy that everyone will be able to love. But, I do have some issues with how the voice syncs with the animation. Some parts seem a bit off. Do take a look at that. But, otherwise, you did mighty fine!

The animation, characters and backgrounds are pretty fantastic. But, what knocked down the is the music that is being played in the background. It's nothing that I find very worthwhile, it's a loop of the same soundclip that lasts about 7 seconds, overlapped with a more irritating sound looping through it as well. You got a good amount of potential, but try to see if you can do anything about the background music.

FierceFun responds:

I agree.... it was a clip that I grabbed quickly.......

Nothing much about me, just your regular game playing person. "We're all shooting stars. We fall down at some point, and when you make a wish, it comes true. We also shine extraordinarily bright, especially to our strengths." - Lathryn,
