You're doing a great job, friend. Your animation is going mighty well, it's fast-paced (Exactly how a Madness animation is supposed to be), and the sound effects are also pretty alright. However, around 0:10, when it's scrolling up the stairs, the guard appears to be very static, and in a few milliseconds, he seemed to finally get an animation. I know this is a little bit too much for you as of now, but perhaps for future events, try to keep everything animated, even guards that are off-screen. Also, you could have added a bit more idle animations to the guards that were in the second room. Or, perhaps, they're trying to prepare a bit more for their upcoming opponent, which is this animations protagonist. Lastly, think of perhaps more effects for the magic that the protagonist is using. Maybe, make his hand glow a bit, or add additional magical particles. But, still, you did an amazing job!
(Hope to see you on this year's Madness Day! I foresee another great celebration with people like you around!)
