I Only see html and swf files as the accepted formats.
I am thinking about starting a game. Already have more than 50+ characters and some of the story line and game mechanics.

You know those moments when an illustration has that specific charm, with it being in-between whimsical and interestingly sinister? You nailed this one just the way I like it, and I especially love the rainbow. So beautiful... If only it was a double rainbow (Wheee, throwback to an old internet meme).

Creating a rainbow like that was a bit of a struggle to create. I had to play around with the glow effect for a while so I’m glad you like it. :)

Also, like the art here. Very clear, beautiful, and super smooth. I want to draw things like you when I grow up! (I'm probably going to say that even when I'm 60 years old. It's just really fun to say.)

It's nice, soft, and beautifully done. It's very simplistic and comes up with the stereotypical witch, which is cartoony at best, but it's the exact purpose you went for. Well done!
